How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within a day or two. We are a small team rather than a call centre, so replies come from a person and not always instantly — if something is urgent on market week, say so in the subject line.
Is there a phone number?
Email is how we handle everything, so it is the fastest route to an answer: VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com. It also means there is a written record of what was agreed, which matters for booth bookings.
Can I visit the venue to ask questions before booking?
The venue is a City of Deer Park facility with its own schedule, so it is not somewhere to drop in about the market. Email us instead and we will answer anything about booths, tickets or sponsorship.
I got an email about booths that looks odd. Is it from you?
Check it against our booking-safety page before you reply or pay anything. We only email from VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com and only take booth payments through our own card checkout.
