How do I know a booth offer for Faithfully Her Christmas Market is really from you?
Every real booth for Faithfully Her Christmas Market is booked on https://faithfully-her-events.vercel.app/christmas-market/vendors and paid for on that page through our card checkout. We will never message you to reserve a booth and ask you to send money another way.
What email address do you contact vendors from?
Only VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com. If a message about booths or payment comes from any other address, it is not us — forward it to VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com and we'll confirm.
How can I pay for a booth?
By card, on our own checkout, at the end of the booking form. We do not take booth payments by Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal friends-and-family, gift cards, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. Any request to pay one of those ways is a scam, even if it uses our name and logo.
Someone messaged me on social media offering a booth. Is that you?
We do post about the market on social media, but we do not sell booths through direct messages. If someone DMs you offering to hold a spot for a deposit, do not pay. Book on https://faithfully-her-events.vercel.app/christmas-market/vendors instead, or email VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com to check.
What are the warning signs of a fake vendor request?
Pressure to pay immediately, a spot that is 'about to be given away', payment by app transfer or gift card, an email address that only nearly matches ours, a different website address, or a refusal to put anything in writing. Any one of those is reason enough to stop and check with us.
I think I already paid a scammer. What now?
Contact your bank or card issuer straight away — they can sometimes reverse a recent payment — and report it to the platform it happened on. Then email VeronicaMiner@Faithfullyherboutique.com so we know it's circulating and can warn other vendors. We can't recover money sent to a third party, but we would rather know.
Is buying a shopper ticket the same?
Yes, same rule. Tickets are only sold on https://faithfully-her-events.vercel.app/christmas-market/tickets. Nobody from Faithfully Her Boutique will ever message you asking to buy a ticket another way.
Not sure about a message?
Forward it to us before you pay anything. We would far rather check a real message than hear about it afterwards.
