What's included, what isn't

In the price

  • Your booth space for the full market day
  • Tables and chairs as listed on each booth
  • Your booth number and floor map, the day before
  • No commission on anything you sell

Bring your own

  • Extra tables, chairs, backdrops and display pieces
  • Festive decoration — a big part of why shoppers come
  • Your own change; we can't make change on the day
  • Cords and tape, if you've paid for power

Electricity is an optional $50 add-on chosen when you book — one flat fee per booking, whatever size booth you take. Without it there is no power at your booth.

Choosing a booth

Which booth size should I pick?

If you sell small items off a table — jewellery, candles, baked goods — the 5x10 is usually enough. Take a 10x10 if you need racks, rails or a backdrop, and the corner booth if you want people approaching from two directions. Premium booths are in the higher-traffic positions.

What is the cheapest booth?

The smallest booth is $150 for the whole market day, and that price includes your space plus the table and chairs listed on it. There is no commission on anything you sell.

Is the price per day or per hour?

Per booth, for the whole market day. There is nothing else to pay on the day and no cut taken from your sales.

Do I need to bring my own table?

Not for the tables and chairs listed on your booth above — those are supplied. Anything beyond that, including extra tables, racks, backdrops and display pieces, is yours to bring.

Does a booth include power?

No. Electricity is a separate $50 add-on chosen when you book — one flat fee per booking whatever size booth you take. If you did not request it there will be no outlet at your booth, so add it at booking rather than assuming.

What does 'X left' mean — is that live?

Yes. The counts above come from the same inventory the checkout sells from, so they update as booths sell and as unfinished checkouts release their hold. A booth showing none left can come back if someone's hold expires.

Can I book two booths next to each other?

Book two booths and tell us when you do — spots are assigned by hand, so we can usually place them together. Do not book one and spread into the space beside it; that space belongs to another vendor.

Ready to book?

Your spot is held for 15 minutes while you check out.
