Vendor Questions

Booths, power, setup, payment and what you can sell — the things vendors ask before booking.

How much is a booth?

Booths at Faithfully Her Christmas Market start at $150 for the whole market day, with larger and premium spots priced higher. Every size, what it includes and how many are left is on the booth options page. There is no commission on what you sell.

What comes with my booth?

Your booth space for the full day, plus the tables and chairs listed for that booth size. Anything beyond that — extra tables or chairs, backdrops, display pieces — is yours to bring.

Is there electricity?

Electricity is an optional add-on at $50 flat, chosen when you book — one fee per booking, whatever size booth you take. If you didn't request an outlet there will be no power at your booth, so add it at booking. Bring your own extension cords, power strips, adapters and tape, and secure anything that crosses a walkway.

When is setup and when do I find out my booth number?

Setup happens the day before the market. Your booth assignment, the floor map and your load-in window all go out by email at that point — not before, so there's nothing to chase until then.

What time do I need to be ready?

Your booth must be fully set up and staffed 30 minutes before doors open on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The market runs 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We can't accommodate late arrivals once it has started, and there's no early teardown — a half-empty room in the last hour is unfair to the vendors beside you.

Where do I park?

Unload at the venue, then move your vehicle to the far end of the lot at least an hour before doors open so the closest parking belongs to shoppers.

How do I pay, and are booth fees refundable?

Booth fees are due in full at booking, by card on our own checkout — your space isn't reserved until payment completes. Refund terms are set out in the vendor agreement you accept at checkout, which is published in full on the setup page.

How long is my spot held while I check out?

Your spot is held for 15 minutes while you complete checkout. If the hold expires the booth goes back on sale, so finish in one sitting.

What am I allowed to sell?

List everything you intend to sell when you register — your booking is approved on the basis of what you disclosed, and anything undisclosed may be turned away on the day. Nothing a family audience would reasonably find offensive. Indoor food and drink have their own rules, which you'll be shown at booking if they apply to you.

Will there be another vendor selling what I sell?

We try to limit overlap between vendors in the same category, but we can't guarantee you'll be the only one. We may also decline a booking that doesn't suit the market's line-up.

Do I collect sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax on everything you sell is yours to collect and remit. Bring your own change too — we can't make change for vendors during the market.

Can I share a booth with another business?

No — one vendor per booth space, staffed for the full market. If you need more room, book a second booth rather than spreading into a neighbour's space or the walkway.

Do I need to bring a canopy?

Only food vendors set up outside use pop-up canopies, and every leg must be weighted with at least 20 pounds. Indoor booths don't need one.

What happens at the end of the day?

Take your trash and unsold materials with you. Anything left behind is billed back as a cleanup fee.

Something not covered?

Email us before you book — we would rather answer first than sort it out on the day.
